2014
Turning manual work into software
CommandQuote and CommandDesk transform two traditionally complex workflows—telecom quoting and ticketing—into faster, more transparent software experiences. It is an early step toward giving customers greater visibility and control over every service interaction.
2018
Bringing the network into view
The platform moves closer to the infrastructure it manages. Agile ticketing views and direct integrations with switching and Wi-Fi access points connect service workflows with real network activity, giving teams more context behind every issue.
2019
Connecting the modern edge
CommandAPI brings multiple SD-WAN and SASE environments directly into the CommandLink platform. Technologies that were previously managed in isolation begin operating through one shared ITSM experience.
2020
Building an open operating layer
CommandAPI expands far beyond basic ticket eBonding. Open integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow bring inventory, performance, billing, and service data together—creating a more complete view of enterprise operations.
2022
Adding real-world context
Not every network incident begins inside the network. Utility outage monitoring adds power-event intelligence to the platform, helping teams identify root causes faster and respond with greater clarity.
2024
From visibility to action
CommandLink PRO expands the platform across connectivity, resilience, monitoring, and security. Automated LAN/WAN recovery, Starlink API integration, CommandMonitor, weather intelligence, and integrated MDR/XDR capabilities help teams detect, understand, and act from one place.
2026+
Building what comes next
CommandLink enters its next chapter with a five-year plan to invest $150–200M+ in new software. The focus: deeper intelligence, greater automation, and a more powerful platform that helps enterprises scale with fewer blind spots, fewer handoffs, and greater control.
