Accessibility Feedback Process.
CommandLink has established the following feedback process in accordance with the FCC’s Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) and the Communications Act and the CRTC’s Accessible Canada Act. Our feedback process allows the public to comment on the development of CommandLink’s accessibility planning and any barriers to accessibility that may have been encountered in accessing the CommandLink website or ordering, receiving or using CommandLink’s services in applicable jurisdictions.
The feedback process consists of the following elements:

Any feedback received will be acknowledged, except for feedback that is provided anonymously.
CommandLink maintains an internal accessibility policy in compliance with the FCC CVAA requirements and maintains the CRTC Accessibility Policy linked below.
Alternative Formats - This description of CommandLink’s feedback process can be made available in print, large print, braille, audio format, electronic format that is compatible with adaptive technology that is intended to assist persons with disabilities, or any other format that we made agree to provide. To obtain the feedback description, please send your request to the Tax Compliance Manager using one of the methods outlined above.
