CommandLink announced recently the promotion of Jessica Burkavage to Director of Project Management, recognizing her strong leadership, operational discipline, and consistent contributions to elevating service delivery across the organization. 

Since joining CommandLink, Burkavage has played a key role in strengthening project management standards, refining delivery processes, and building scalable knowledge across teams. Her ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining a high bar for execution has made a measurable impact on both internal performance and the customer experience.

Previously, Burkavage directed the project management department at CORE Communications, where she led initiatives to reduce expenses and modernize technology environments for clients across property management, assisted living, and global manufacturing sectors. Her experience spans telecom and networking project management across a wide range of industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective on delivering results in diverse and evolving environments.
