CommandLink has promoted Ian Ambrosio to Director of HR & Recruiting, recognizing his leadership in building and scaling a people function designed to support the company’s continued growth. 

Since joining CommandLink, Ambrosio has played a key role in developing a recruiting and HR organization that keeps pace with a fast-moving, high-growth business. From strengthening hiring processes to building a more structured and scalable HR foundation, his work has helped ensure the company can continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Ambrosio's leadership has been central to that effort, combining operational discipline with a genuine focus on people and culture.
