CommandLink Promotes Nick Madsen to Senior Vice President of Sales

CommandLink today announced the promotion of Nick Madsen from Vice President of Sales to Senior Vice President of Sales, recognizing his strong leadership, consistent execution, and significant contributions to the company’s growth.

Since joining CommandLink, Madsen has played a key role in expanding the company’s reach across the mid-market and enterprise segments, helping add hundreds of customers while building high-performing teams grounded in accountability, focus, and results. He has also been a driving force in strengthening CommandLink’s presence in the channel, helping elevate the company’s position as it continues to grow its market leadership.

Madsen was instrumental in scaling CommandLink’s second full channel sales team from the ground up, with every member of the team finishing well above annual quota in 2025 — a notable achievement in an industry where performance often skews heavily toward a small percentage of sellers. He is also widely respected across the channel community for the trust and rapport he has built with technology services distributors and their advisor networks.

“Nick has made a tremendous impact on CommandLink through both the results he has delivered and the way he leads,” said Mason Miles, CRO at CommandLink. “He has helped us grow our customer base, strengthen our channel relationships, and build a sales organization that is both disciplined and ambitious. This promotion reflects the value he has already created and the important role he will continue to play in our future.”

Before joining CommandLink, Madsen served as a vice president at a large UCaaS provider. At CommandLink, he has distinguished himself not only as a sales executive, but also as a highly technical commercial leader — a rare combination that has helped the company engage customers and partners with both strategic insight and deep operational understanding.

During Madsen’s tenure, CommandLink has grown from fewer than 100 employees to more than 350, reflecting the company’s broader momentum and scale.

“The last 4.5 years here have been an exceptional journey—constant learning, evolving technology, and most importantly, the opportunity to work alongside mentors and teammates who continue to raise the bar,” said Madsen. “It’s an environment that challenges you in the right ways and rewards those willing to lean in.”
