CommandLink this week confirmed the promotion of Adam Engh to Director of Field Services, recognizing his foundational role in building the company’s field service capabilities and his continued leadership in scaling Service Delivery operations.  

Since joining CommandLink as a project manager, Engh has played a foundational role in shaping how the company executes in the field. From establishing best-in-class project management standards to building the Dispatch and Field Services organization from the ground up, his work has helped create a more scalable, responsive, and operationally rigorous delivery model. 

As customer environments become increasingly complex and distributed, the need for reliable, high-quality field execution continues to grow.
