Amy Link has been named Director of Customer Success at CommandLink, reflecting the leadership and impact she has demonstrated across the organization since joining the company. 

Over the past two and a half years, Link has become a trusted leader known for her ability to step in, take ownership, and consistently deliver for customers and teammates alike. Her approach isn’t driven by title—it’s built on showing up, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. 

Her commitment to customers and partners shows up in the details. She advocates for them, pushes for better outcomes, and holds a high bar for execution. At the same time, she invests heavily in the people around her, helping teammates grow and raising the overall standard of the team. 

In her new role, Link will lead a growing team of Customer Success Managers, helping scale a function that is critical to how CommandLink supports its enterprise customers. As the company continues to grow, Customer Success plays a key role in driving long-term value, retention, and strong customer partnerships.
