Command|Link Appoints Chris Vervais as Chief Technology Officer to Accelerate Innovation Across Its Enterprise Platform

Command|Link today announced the appointment of Chris Vervais as Chief Technology Officer. He will lead the company’s Software Engineering and Software Product organizations, guiding the continued evolution of Command|Link’s enterprise platform, including Command|Monitor (real-time network visibility), Security (MDR/NDR/XDR ), and Pro (a feature-rich ITSM platform).

Command|Link delivers fully managed connectivity, network security, and ITSM solutions to more than 1,200 mid-market and enterprise customers worldwide, transforming fragmented carrier and security ecosystems through a single intelligent software platform.  Over the past five years, Command|Link has achieved average annual growth exceeding 100% while expanding profitability – a combination of sustained hypergrowth and margin expansion that is exceptionally rare in the industry.

As enterprises navigate increasingly complex, distributed, and mission-critical environments, the demand for real-time visibility, automation, and resilient infrastructure continues to grow. Command|Link is investing in the next phase of its platform to meet that demand, building intelligent, high-performance systems designed to operate at true enterprise scale, serving as the orchestration and intelligence layer across fragmented carrier, cloud, and security ecosystems. Delivering on this vision requires not only speed, but architectural rigor, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to quality.

"Command|Link is in a state of hypergrowth because we are focused on empowering our customers to solve their most significant and demanding problems," said Jason Ness, Founder and CEO of Command|Link. "We have built a foundation of deep trust with our customers, and our goal is to bring the full Command|Link experience directly into their own environments. With Chris on board, we are accelerating our innovation to ensure our customers' enterprises perform with the same excellence and speed as Command|Link itself. We are here to deliver the AI-enhanced, predictive automation and reliability that empower our customers to reach their highest ambitions."

“What drew me to Command|Link is the team’s relentless obsession with customer success,” said Chris Vervais. “We have a unique opportunity to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our product suite, driving unprecedented efficiency for our clients. By building smarter, more predictive tools across our connectivity, security, and service delivery platforms, we aren’t just solving today’s connectivity challenges, we are building the operational intelligence layer enterprises need to remain resilient in an increasingly complex digital landscape.”

Chris brings extensive experience building and scaling complex, high-availability systems. While at Apple, he architected and scaled iCloud email from approximately half a million users to several hundred million users worldwide. At Splunk, he supported cloud operations during a period of hyper-growth, improving both efficiency and reliability. Most recently at JumpCloud, he implemented service ownership models that strengthened accountability, improved delivery predictability, and empowered teams to move with clarity and purpose.

Chris assumes leadership of a 60-person product and software engineering organization fully dedicated to advancing Command|Link’s proprietary platform. The company continues to invest aggressively in engineering and product talent as it scales its platform capabilities globally.

As Command|Link continues to expand its engineering and product investments, the company remains committed to building technology that anticipates customer needs, adapts to evolving network demands, and empowers organizations to operate with clarity, confidence, and control. With Chris’ leadership, Command|Link is positioned to advance its platform with the speed, discipline, and technical ambition required to support customers today, and as their environments grow increasingly complex tomorrow.
