Jason R. Ness is a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer known for his visionary leadership and extensive expertise in the technology industry. With a strong financial background and a track record of driving growth, he is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Before assuming his role as CEO at CommandLink, Jason served as the Senior Vice President and Channel Chief at GTT Communications, Inc.  GTT is recognized as one of the Top 5 largest Global Tier 1 carrier IP networks. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development and execution of the company's indirect partner sales and operations strategy, resulting in explosive revenue growth of nearly $200 million. His strategic leadership and ability to build strong partner relationships were instrumental in establishing GTT as a prominent player in the industry.

Prior to his time at GTT, Jason founded Telnes Broadband, where he served as CEO. Telnes quickly emerged as a leading telecom carrier and managed services provider, offering innovative solutions such as MPLS private networks, cloud communications, security, and network services. Under Jason's guidance, Telnes introduced groundbreaking advancements to the U.S. market, including multi-path voice and data auto-failover with quality-of-service support, enabling high levels of redundancy. The company's impressive growth and cutting-edge services ultimately led to its acquisition by GTT Communications, Inc.

Jason's extensive experience also includes involvement in the private equity space, where he actively invests in and advises growth companies. Leveraging his deep knowledge of technology and business, he provides invaluable guidance and support to foster their success.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is a dedicated family man who treasures quality time with his wife and expanding family. He has a passion for fishing and enjoys boating along the shores of both Washington State and Florida, where he maintains a bi-coastal presence.

Daniel Kenney

Mr. Kenney joined CommandLink as a CFO in September 2021, bringing an ample and outstanding background in corporate finance focused on telecommunication, technology, and managed IT service sectors. As CFO of CommandLink, he brings hands-on experience in making strategic decisions for the organization's and its departments' growth. He brings the distinctive experience of a strategic financial leader merged with extensive economic and data analysis capabilities and a natural passion for accounting and finance.

Before joining CommandLink, Mr. Kenney was a Managing Director at Q Advisors, a global investment banking boutique. He spent 14 years consulting technology and telecom organizations on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and financial consulting engagements in the U.S. and internationally. He played an integral part in structuring the firm’s exceptionally successful managed IT and network services practice.

Mr. Kenney is a Colorado native and currently resides in Lakewood, CO, where he enjoys a healthy lifestyle with his wife and two daughters. He is passionate about endurance sports and fitness and uses his free time to train and participate in endurance mountain bike races. He likes challenging his psychological and physical limits. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he was a member of the men’s cross country and track teams and majored in Business with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, and Economics.

Mr. Sherrill brings extensive expertise to his role as Chief Operating Officer at CommandLink, having joined the company in 2018. With a strong track record of senior roles at GTT, Telnes Broadband, FiberCloud, and Greenhouse Data, Mr. Sherrill is a seasoned professional with a deep passion for his work. He is known for his hands-on approach, willingly rolling up his sleeves and working closely with his teams on a day-to-day basis.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sherrill has been entrusted with critical projects that have had a significant impact on the organizations he has served. Noteworthy achievements include spearheading the construction of three commercial data centers, leading the establishment of a global fiber network, overseeing the development of a redundant nationwide voice and data network, and successfully implementing a cloud-hosted multi-tenant commercial exchange and SharePoint solution. His exceptional project management skills and ability to navigate complex technological landscapes have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality services.

In his personal life, Mr. Sherrill cherishes the time he spends traveling with his family. He is a dedicated sports enthusiast and actively participates in sporting activities with his two daughters, further fostering a strong bond with his loved ones.

Mr. Sherrill's wealth of experience, passion for his work, and hands-on approach make him an invaluable asset to CommandLink. His leadership and expertise in overseeing critical projects ensure the company's continued success in delivering exceptional services and driving operational efficiency.

Mr. Miles’ approach to technology sales has always focused on addressing customers’ challenges and evangelizing proven technologies to enterprises and their strategic partners. As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Miles’ passion pursues as he leads an evolving and high-performing team, guiding strategic initiatives to ensure the organization provides customers with the best solutions for their unique requirements.

Before joining Command|Link, Mr. Miles maintained an executive leadership position for Fusion Connect, a $600 Million publicly-held telecommunications firm concentrated on providing managed cloud networking and communications to distributed enterprises. During his tenure with Fusion Connect, Mr. Miles’ team procured triple-digit revenue growth by generating complex solutions for large enterprise businesses, including fortuitously working with some of the country’s most extensive retail/restaurant, medical, financial, and technology corporations.

Before Fusion, Mr. Miles also held an executive leadership position for MegaPath, an established managed network and telecommunications provider specializing in managed solutions for multi-location businesses. He also worked side by side with Jason Ness, CEO of Command|Link, during their assignments at GTT Communications, a multinational leader in creating international networks, and Telnes Inc., a customer-experience-managed web and engineering enterprise.

Wendy West is an accomplished President with a distinguished career as a CFO and controller, specializing in rapid growth venture-backed businesses and private equity-sponsored real estate development. As a key member of the CommandLink team, Wendy excels at building strong relationships with staff and partners while bringing a nurturing approach to finance. Her expertise ensures that growth is managed responsibly and with a measured approach.

Wendy's professional journey includes her role as CFO at Telnes Broadband, where she worked alongside our CEO, Jason Ness. During her 13-year tenure at Telnes, Wendy successfully managed all accounting and financing aspects with exceptional skill, minimizing the need for external financing and leverage. Her ability to expertly manage cash flow during periods of fast company growth earned her a reputation as a wizard in the field.

Prior to Telnes, Wendy held executive accounting and finance positions at a high-growth Starbucks white-label food manufacturer and The Lyle Anderson Company, a visionary developer of large-scale real estate golf communities on a global scale. Her contributions in these roles were instrumental in driving financial success and ensuring strategic financial planning.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Wendy finds joy in nurturing her garden and tending to plants with the same passion, love, and attention to detail she applies to her work. She also embraces the opportunity to explore the world with her husband and family, indulging in their shared love for travel whenever she is away from the office.

Keith Grey

After graduating from the University of Washington, Mr. Grey joined the telecommunications industry working for International Telcom Limited (ITL) - a pioneer in the overseas "callback" system. Shortly after joining ITL , Mr. Grey helped form a partnership with Cognigen Networks Inc. This relationship blossomed and Cognigen took on new vendors and grew from just a few thousand to over 200,000 sales agents with more than two million customer accounts created for various vendors. It was during this time he was mentored by master computer programmer Kevin Anderson and helped create the first dynamic web sites and online sales processes for telecom agents. This was a revolutionary development at the time.

Mr. Grey continued his software career with Telarus, where he built online back office platforms to support a large number of partners. He would go on to join CommandLink in 2011 as the first-full time employee and develop a support and sales system that propelled the sister company Telnes to rapid growth. He now leads a team of developers at CommandLink to develop the software platform.

When not in front of the screen, Mr. Grey enjoys time hiking in the North Cascades, wood-working, travelling, playing poker and spending time with his two wonderful children and lovely wife of 22 years.

Kim Sibert

Mrs. Sibert is a highly experienced and customer-focused executive with over 16 years of experience in VoIP, Bandwidth, SD-WAN, and Internet security. As the Vice President of Service Delivery at CommandLink, she is dedicated to building strong and lasting customer/partner relationships while being a leader in communication and implementation.

Before joining CommandLink, Mrs. Sibert was an Enterprise Project Manager for Fusion Connect, a publicly-held telecommunications firm with a focus on managing large deployments of cloud networking and communication services to distributed enterprises. During her tenure at Fusion Connect, she worked with well-known brands in the retail/restaurant and medical industries to implement high volume sites with services ranging from Voice, SD-WAN, Internet Security, and Bandwidth.

Mrs. Sibert's prior experience includes being an Enterprise and Voice Project Manager for MegaPath, where she began as a Voice Project Manager and was later promoted to an Enterprise Project Manager due to her consistent high performance, proactive communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction. She also held a position at IP5280 Communications, where she gained a strong foundation in billing, support, and project management, and was involved in process creation that helped the company's growth and level of efficiency.

Mrs. Sibert's philosophy around project management has always been deeply rooted in her care and attention to building strong and lasting customer/partner relationships. She is a strong voice for the customer and partner in every project she is involved in, and her goals remain as steadfast as always in being a leader in communication and implementation.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking, music, kayaking, snowboarding, and volleyball. She is always up for trying new things and may even attempt skiing one day.

With over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and financial modeling, Mr. Warga has established a track record of driving cost efficiencies and continuous improvements within dynamic business environments. He has played a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions, leveraging his expertise to deliver high-quality financial solutions that benefit both internal teams and external stakeholders. His ability to build strong relationships across various organizational levels and functions has been instrumental in achieving significant results.

Prior to joining CommandLink, Jon held senior leadership positions at industry-leading companies such as EXA Infrastructure and GTT Communications, Inc. Notably, he successfully transitioned complex financial processes during a major acquisition, resulting in significant cost savings. He also collaborated with operations teams to resolve inefficiencies, leading to reduced expenses and improved financial outcomes. His financial acumen and strategic negotiations have consistently delivered favorable results in various business transactions.

Jon holds a dual degree in Economics and Finance and is known for his initiative, attention to detail, and integrity.

Kelly Hoyle

Mr. Hoyle joined CommandLink as Vice President of Customer Success in November of 2022. Mr. Hoyle has been a passionate leader developing Customer Success teams for large enterprise businesses for the past decade. Successful companies are developing digital transformation strategies to support customer needs and expand their business. As Vice President of Customer Success, Mr. Hoyle's focus has been on developing Customer Success programs that will nurture relationships with customers and help businesses executives exceed their company objectives. These programs focus on consulting with clients to help accelerate their digital transformation strategy and technology needs. CommandLink is well positioned to help customer with a digital transformation strategy by focusing on technology and software to enhance the customers environment.

Prior to CommandLink, Mr. Hoyle was the Director of Customer Success with Telarus, a global technology solutions brokerage. MR. Hoyle has been recognized by Telarus and AOTMP as a Rising Star in the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Hoyle enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters who compete with a competition dance company, Project Dance. He’s proud of their accomplishments and is dedicated to helping them succeed. Mr. Hoyle is passionate about tennis, fitness, and golfing. Mr. Hoyle graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Nick Madsen

Mr. Madsen joined CommandLink as Vice President of Sales in November of 2021. Since then, he has established a team of National Channel Sales Directors and is currently leading and supporting their sales growth efforts within the organization. Between coaching and guiding his team, Mr. Madsen makes a concerted effort to network and recruit among his industry peers within the channel community. Prior to joining CommandLink, he held various sales leadership positions at Broadvoice, StarLeaf & Intrado.

Mr. Madsen has won several President’s Club Achievement awards during his time in the telecom space and was quickly given the opportunity to lead sales teams beyond their quotas at each company he has worked with. A servant leader, he is hands-on with each member of his team, focusing on removing the obstacles that are in the way of successful and positive outcomes.

Personally, Mr. Madsen is passionate about cars, fitness, and golfing. He and his wife also spend time in the community, most recently serving as members of Bounce Children’s Foundation out of Chicago, IL. In June of this year, they relocated from Chicago, IL to Tampa, FL where they look forward to their next chapter in life. Mr. Madsen attended Loyola University of Chicago where he majored in Business Administration & Management.

Nick Kramer joined CommandLink with nearly nine years of experience at iSymplify, a Bluewave Company, where he played a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. Based out of St. Louis, MO, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success in technology solutions and channel sales. Throughout his tenure at iSymplify, he consistently demonstrated leadership in various capacities, contributing to the company’s long-term vision and development.

At CommandLink, Nick’s focus is on expanding partnerships and leading initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence in the IT and telecom space. Known for his ability to strategize and execute, he is committed to supporting team members and partners to achieve their goals.

Dominic Mignano

Dominic Mignano

Mr. Mignano joined CommandLink in May of 2024 as Vice President of Solution Engineering, bringing over 20 years of experience in the technology and telecom industries. His experience as a Senior Network Engineer for the first half of his career has helped drive his success as an SE and an SE leader in the latter half.

With a wealth of experience and background in Network design, SASE, and Security, Dominic has led and contributed to high-performing Solutions Engineering teams at both Masergy as a Director of engineering and Principal Solutions architect and at Cato as a Solutions Engineer.

His customer-first consultative approach and establishing himself as a trusted adviser were key components in his success architecting large-scale global networks. Dominic is highly passionate about solution engagement practices and leading with integrity in all aspects of what he does. His technical expertise building tailored solutions combined with a commitment to always do what is best for the customer makes him an essential leader at CommandLink, where he continues to drive innovation and excellence in solution engineering.

Justin Chugg

Mr. Chugg serves as CommandLink's VP of Marketing. Prior to joining CommandLink, Justin served in various senior executive roles, starting at the young age of 14 was recruited by Cognigen networks to develop a digital training platform for more than 200,000 sales reps, after Cognigen, Justin helped Co-Founders Patrick and Adam form Telarus and later served as Telarus' CIO before starting Ensable, the world's most comprehensive intent data platform.

Mr. Chugg is the author of more than a dozen sales and marketing books. Mr. Chugg obtained a Bachelors of International Relations from Brigham Young University in 2010 and is fluent in multiple languages after serving a two year proselytizing mission.

In his free time, Mr. Chugg enjoys spending time with his wife and five children in the beautiful mountains of Utah skiing and working on family projects.
